Is there a Minimum # of Items required?

Yes, each bulk order needs to have 10 items to qualify for the bulk shipping rate ($4.00/item)

If you wish to order less than 10 items you will need to agree to pay retail shipping costs of $12.99 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item.

Can we place more than one order?

Yes, you may place as many orders as you need throughout the calendar year. However, for processing purposes we do limit you to one order submission per day!

What is the cut-off for Mothers Day delivery?

For the 2024 fundraiser year, our official cut-off date is set for April 29!

All orders submitted by midnight of the cut-off day will be shipped in time for holiday delivery.

Please include a note in the Special Instructions area when submitting your order if you need delivery by a specific date. We will do our best to accommodate!

What is the cut-off for Christmas delivery?

For the 2024 fundraiser year, our official cut-off date is tentatively set for December 9th!

All orders submitted by midnight of the cut-off day will be shipped in time for holiday delivery. Please note that FedEx will make deliveries through December 24th.

Please include a note in the Special Instructions area when submitting your order if you need delivery by a specific date. We will do our best to accommodate!

...keep in mind that some schools & other organizations close early for the holidays so you may need to order a bit earlier if your delivery location will be closed prior to December 24th!

An item arrived damaged, what do I do?

1) Carefully check all items in your order to ensure nothing else is damaged...keeping an eye out for any small dents or pan/lid sets that are not fitting correctly.

2) Please keep the box & any packaging that the damaged item(s) arrived in.

3) Contact Customer Service at 1-800-332-2707 to report the damage & request a replacement.

There is an error on an item, what do I do?

Two types of errors can occur: Company errors & Customer order errors.

Company Errors - We are happy to replace any error made by our production team promptly & at no charge! You can order a replacement through the on-line system with your next order submission. Enter the order as normal but make sure to CHECK the "Is this a replacement item?" check-box when entering the item information! A box will pop-up for you to enter a reason for the replacement, indicate the error there. We will adjust the pricing of the item when we review the order for approval!

Customer order Error - Replacement items are available at a 20% discount off the fundraiser cost. Enter the order as normal but check the replacement box & enter the reason as you would do with a Company Error. We will apply the discount when we review your order for approval.

Pan/Lid errors - Please note that spelling errors may sometimes occur on only a Pan or only a Lid rather than on both pieces of the set. There are options to order a Pan-only or Lid-only so please order accordingly!

My lid doesn't fit right on my pan, what can I do?

If you just received your order & your pan/lid are not fitting together nicely then there may be shipping damage! Carefully check over both pan & lid for any small dents, dings, warping, bending, or mis-shaped areas.

Please note that we ALWAYS do a pre-shipping "fit check" to ensure each lid fits the matching pan...even a slight dent sustained during shipping could affect the fit of your pan/lid set. With your help, we can identify this as Shipping Damage & swiftly get you a replacement item. (Follow the FAQ instructions for "An item arrived damaged...")

If you have had your pan/lid for some time or you have carefully looked over your pan/lid to ensure it is free of even the smallest dent or damage...your pan/lid may need a "re-fit".

1) Sometimes a lid that fit a pan in the past will begin to fit poorly after use & storage...there is a quick fix many times! The little tab that juts off the long or short side of the lid can get bent up or down too far, causing a fit issue...try gently bending this tab down further if your lid fits too loosely & up further if your lid fits too tightly.

2) If the quick fix doesn't work please contact Customer Service at 1-800-332-2707.

I can't find the design I want in the drop-down list?

*Verify the item you are ordering doesn't have a product Specific list of designs. Some items (mugs, kanteens, bbq sets, etc.) may not be available with all 100 standard designs, refer to the fundraiser brochure.

**If the design requested is from an old catalog/brochure, the design is still available but not advertised as a standard option! (Exceptions: Pre-2011 designs of House & WaterCan)

***To order an OLD design - select "Custom" type in the catalog/brochure year & design name (Ex: "2012-Piano")

How will this Free Bakeware Buddy Offer help my sales?

Consumers today are very used to be incentivized to act on a purchase. The Free Offer recognizes this fact of life and helps your fundraiser stand out from the crowd with a product that has proven value to consumers. The Free Offer is featured prominently in the Brochure and Order Form but a little promotion on your part can work wonders. Whether in person or by email, mentioning that every first order of $50 or more will get a Free Bakeware Buddy will be very worth your while.

What do I Have to do to Order the Free Bakeware Buddies?

Our system automatically calculates how many Bakeware Buddies you should receive with your order, and keeps track of which of your customers has received one, taking this accounting burden off of you! (Our system will do this for you as long as you include the end customer name in each order)
