1. SMS Program Overview
That's My Pan! offers an optional text-message program to keep fundraiser participants informed about their fundraiser, order status, and occasional promotions. This service is completely optional — you can register and run a full fundraiser without ever opting in.
2. Opt-In & Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in (via a checkbox or reply confirmation), you consent to receive SMS messages from That's My Pan!, acknowledge that your carrier's message and data rates may apply, confirm you have the authority to provide that number, and understand that delivery is not guaranteed due to carrier limitations beyond our control.
3. Message Content & Frequency
You may receive:
- Transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping updates, and account alerts
- Fundraiser tips — ideas for promoting your fundraiser and increasing sales
- Promotional messages — new products, seasonal offers, and limited-time deals
- Service notifications — maintenance, policy, or account security updates
- Customer support replies — responses to your own inquiries
Frequency varies and is not fixed. You may receive several messages a week during an active fundraiser and far fewer during quiet periods.
4. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation text, after which no further promotional or marketing messages will be sent to that number — though you may still receive necessary transactional alerts where permitted by law. You can also manage preferences from your fundraiser account or by contacting us directly (Section 12).
5. Message & Data Rates
That's My Pan! does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates apply, exactly as they would for any other text message on your plan. Contact your carrier with billing questions.

Reply HELP to any message for quick instructions, or contact us directly at 800-332-2707 (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Central) or info@thatsmypan.org.
7. Carrier Support & Limitations
We take reasonable steps to deliver messages but cannot guarantee delivery; carrier filtering, network issues, or device limitations may delay or block a message. This program supports all major U.S. carriers; some smaller regional carriers may not fully support SMS.
8. TCPA Compliance
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and FCC rules: clear opt-in consent, an easy opt-out (STOP), reasonable sending hours, sender identification in every message, and no further contact once you've opted out.
9. Privacy
Your phone number and opt-in status are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share your number with third parties for their own SMS purposes, use it for voice calls, or sell it.
10. Disputes & Liability
That's My Pan! is not responsible for messages that are delayed, blocked, or misdirected due to carrier or network issues outside our control. Billing disputes should go to your carrier; disputes about message content should come to us at the contact below.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
